MDMI – COVID 19 response

by | Mar 18, 2020 | Blog, News & Events

MDMI has placed its staff on level Amber with staff readiness and protection. Routine activity has been ceased and now we are sifting to pre-crisis mode. The medical staff has undergone the necessary training to keep themselves and the patients safe. We will follow standard procedures as instructed by the WHO and the AJK government.

A vital team member Nurse Muqaddas will join the MDMI to train the staff in terms of droplet protection which is vital in the fight against COVID -19. Further, we look to order vital medical supplies to put up the fight against the potential tsunami lies in the wake. We have faced severe damages in with previous relief operations but this time the foe is invisible, yet has raked havoc the world over. Please support our fight against the Novel Coronavirus and pray for our medical staff and contribute in any which way that is suitable.

Hand wash and Hand Rub has been intensified at the premises along with screening of every patient approaching the premises.

How can I help Midland Doctors®?

We are always in need of donations to help run our charity hospital in Muzaffarabad whilst also participating in many other charitable projects across the world. Of course, not all contributions are monetary. Your time and effort to help fundraise, manage and drive our organisation forward will always be welcomed and appreciated!
