Vauxhall Hockey Club

by | Sep 23, 2014 | Hospital News, Hospital Project

Three Hockey players, Ash Mahmood, Zahid Khan and Tanzeel Akthar for Vauxhall Hockey Club based in Luton, who play in the UK East Region Field Hockey League 2013/14 have been set a challenge for Midland Doctors.

The challenge is for these 3 strikers to score GOALS to raise money to provide free medical care for the poor and needy of Pakistan. Midland Doctors have setup a hospital in the region of Muzzaffarabad to provide free outpatient treatment and free medicine to those most in need. The Hospital is also setup with the longer term amibition to train local doctors, nurse and midwives.

Ash, Zahid and Tanzeel have set their targets high to score a combined 50 league GOALS this season (note, the whole team tally last season was 47). 100% of the money raised wil go to provide a free clinic for patients unable to pay for treatment and for child vaccinations.

SPONSOR them in any way or any amount that you like:

– Pay per goal

– Pay if they reach their combined target

– Just pay a one off to help this great cause!
