There’s No ‘Eye’ in Team!

by | Aug 7, 2015 | Blog, Hospital Project, Midland Doctors Association UK Students, News & Events

On the opening day of our theatres there have been an astounding number of eye operations taking place in the hospital

55 operations have taken place to remove cataracts

A total of around 650 people have received treatment today alone

We, at Midland Doctors Association, couldn’t have hoped for a better first day in theatre; and it’s thanks to your donations that we are able to help those in need and allow them a new life – with improved sight!

As you can see from the pictures below, it’s been a busy day.

How can I help Midland Doctors®?

We are always in need of donations to help run our charity hospital in Muzaffarabad whilst also participating in many other charitable projects across the world. Of course, not all contributions are monetary. Your time and effort to help fundraise, manage and drive our organisation forward will always be welcomed and appreciated!
