Hospital Progress – April 2012

by | Sep 21, 2014 | Hospital Development Process, Hospital Project

The construction of the MDAUK hospital in the Muzzaffarabad province has progressed since the last update. The pillars and roofs have been added to the thick steel and concrete foundations. Internal rooms, including operating theatres, x-ray room, wards and labs are in progress of construction.

The next stage is for the building to be made water tight. Then the furnishing of specialist equipment and IT work will commence. MDAUK visited the site during April during a personal visit to Pakistan, so fully appreciate the progress made under challenging circumstances for the MDAUK team.

Below are a selection of photos from the site and a video update:

How can I help Midland Doctors®?

We are always in need of donations to help run our charity hospital in Muzaffarabad whilst also participating in many other charitable projects across the world. Of course, not all contributions are monetary. Your time and effort to help fundraise, manage and drive our organisation forward will always be welcomed and appreciated!
